Blow moulding
Large-format hollow components for fluid handling, air management and under-body applications.
Two KLUPP presses cover part capacities from 60 L to 120 L — including an accumulator-head machine for heavy-wall industrial and automotive hollow parts. Parison programming controls wall distribution across every shot.

Process 02
Injection moulding
Large-tonnage thermoplastic parts for automotive interiors, exteriors and electrical housings.
Two Yizumi-HPM presses — 480 T and 650 T — give us the clamping and shot capacity for structural and large cosmetic parts, with belt-driven plasticising and sub-5 second dry cycles.
