Plastizen LLP is being established inside the APIIC Industrial Park next to the KIA plant in Penukonda — one of South India's fastest-growing automotive manufacturing clusters. The plant is designed around two production lines: blow moulding for large hollow parts, and large-tonnage injection moulding for structural and cosmetic components.

The business is set up to serve OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers with four commercial models: direct supply, contract manufacturing, job work and white-labelling. The intent is simple — be a dependable extension of the customer's own manufacturing operation.

Operations begin with four presses — two KLUPP blow moulding machines (60 L and 120 L classes) and two Yizumi-HPM injection moulding machines (480 T and 650 T) — chosen specifically to cover the large-part envelope that smaller moulders in the region cannot handle.
